The Westover Inn began as a limestone Victorian mansion, built in 1867 by William and Joseph Hutton. Its charm has aged beautifully, and today, the inn offers 22 guest rooms, two unique dining rooms and an outdoor patio serving award-winning regional cuisine. Private function facilities are available for up to 40 people. All of this set amongst 9 hectares (19 acres) of beautifully landscaped grounds.

We have three buildings to accommodate our guests. The original stone Manor boasts five charming second floor guest rooms and one luxurious suite that has a whirlpool. All of the rooms in the Manor differ in layout, and have original mouldings and lofty ceilings. Some have a balcony overlooking the grounds and stained glass windows. Our decor is in keeping with the historic nature of the building, and each room has a sitting area and writing table.
The Terrace—which served as a dormitory for priests during Westover's years as a seminary—sits on a gentle rise overlooking the Manor. The Terrace has twelve guest rooms that have contemporary decor.
The Cottage offers privacy and luxury. It has two one-bedroom suites and two queen-bedded rooms which overlook our Victorian tea house and gardens. These suites and rooms have a private patio, and make a good home base for theatregoers or country ramblers on extended visits to our area.

We have two elegant Victorian dining rooms, a comfortable lounge, and a summer patio surrounded by flower gardens and enormous maples. For that extra-special occasion, we can serve dinner in our postcard-pretty tea house which was constructed by the Hutton brothers for their mother. A children's menu is also available,
Our chef uses local, Perth County ingredients—fruit, vegetables, and organically-raised beef—to create dishes that are fresh, modern and uniquely Westover Inn's own. We make our own breads and other baked goods, ice creams and sorbets.
